CODE OF CONDUCT

Always be respectful, friendly and with positive attitude.

Absolutely NO coaching your children or other students during class.

All students must have their belts tied during class.
-
Do not leave the mat area without permission from the Professor or Coach.
-
Be on time for class. If you are late, wait outside the mat until the professor gives you permission to join.

During class, when the instructor is demonstrating the techniques, students must remain in good posture.
-
Talking should be kept to a minimum level and should relate to the class subject.
-
No electronic devices are allowed inside the training area.

You must always wear a shirt or rash guard inside the academy. Underwear is mandatory.
-
Never change clothes inside the mats. Use the locker room or restroom.
-
All students and visitors must wear a white, blue or black uniform.
-
Every uniform must be clean at all times. This is a sign of respect, courtesy and hygiene.
-
All uniforms should have no rips or tears whatsoever and must have the academy patches.
-
No-Gi uniform must be free of pockets, zipper or anything that can damage the mats or hurt other students.
-
No shoes, food or drinks of any kind on the mats.
-
Make sure to keep your feet clean. No dirty feet on the mats.
-
When outside the mat area always wear your shoes or flip-flops.
-
Bags should be kept either in vehicles or in the locker room, not on the benches around the training area.

Keep fingernails and toenails trimmed.
-
Absolutely, no other school / affiliation patches may be worn for training.
-
All jewelry, piercings, necklaces, and other items should be removed during training.
-
No foul language inside the school.
-
Be humble, stay focused and train hard.
